SEVERY THURSDAY AT ALL SAINTS CHURCH

10:00 AM – 10:45 AM

Parent and Me Class (Ages Walking – 2)
We warmly welcome you and your little one to our interactive introduction to gymnastics! This unique class is designed to create a safe, engaging space where parents and infants can explore the basics of gymnastics together. With each rotation, we introduce foundational skills in a fun and accessible way for both parent and child. As a shared experience, parents and children have the opportunity to bond with each other and connect with like-minded community members, creating an enriching experience for all. Our focus is on providing the best parent-child bonding experience, promoting growth, joy, and essential gymnastics fundamentals as we guide you through each activity.

11:00 AM – 11:45 AM

Talented Tots Class (Ages 3-5)
Our Talented Tots class offers young children a fun, safe introduction to the basics of gymnastics. With a focus on building foundational skills, this program is designed to keep your keiki engaged and excited about learning. Throughout the class, your child will grow as both an individual and a team player, practicing on each apparatus in a way that builds physical abilities and social confidence. We’re here to support every step of their journey, helping them grow stronger, more confident, and eager to embrace new challenges.

12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Homeschool Class (Ages 6-15)
Our Homeschoolers class is the perfect way to meet your keiki’s physical and social development needs in a fun, supportive environment. We start with each student’s existing skills and build upon them to enhance flexibility, strength, body awareness, and confidence. Through a focus on safe self-awareness and group collaboration, we encourage every student to strive for their best while fostering a sense of teamwork. We also guide them in developing the skills for productive, independent practice, ensuring they feel empowered and capable both individually and as part of a group.

2:30 PM – 4:00 PM

Beginner/Intermediate (Ages 6-15)
Our Beginner/Intermediate program offers a fun, safe, and growth-driven approach to gymnastics. In a positive and supportive environment, your child will develop their flexibility, tumbling, swinging, jumping, and balancing skills on a variety of apparatuses. We’re dedicated to sparking your keiki’s love for gymnastics, helping them build lasting friendships, grow as a team player, and unlock their fullest potential. Each class is designed to challenge them in a way that builds confidence and fosters resilience. As they progress, they’ll gain the skills and mindset to tackle new challenges both in gymnastics and beyond.
